With partnerships across London, New York and the Middle East, this recruitment firm is now expanding their African operation from South Africa

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Matric and or a business qualification
• Must be fluent in Microsoft word, Excel and power point.
• A demonstrable track record of sales achievement against targets
• Experience in business development and account management
• Atleast 2 years of recruitment experience

This role is only for consultants who want an opportunity to climb into management and define their path to success. Successful consultants can become Managers within a year and if they hit their targets, become Directors within two to three years. We are looking for hungry, tenacious, and ambitious individuals who want to be part of an international brand.

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience but you will have the opportunity to increase your basic every three months if you hit your revenue targets.

– Commission is uncapped and is on top of your basic. One of the most lucrative commission plans in South Africa that can go up to 30%
-You should earn between R50 000 to R90 000 in commission A MONTH
-Monthly and annual INCENTIVES include CASH, SPA/GOLF DAYS, ADDITIONAL LEAVE DAYS, INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAYS
– There is also the opportunity to join the company PROFIT SHARE scheme if you achieve your targets

ROLE:

As a senior recruitment consultant, you will work closely with the Directors to further grow and develop the organisation across Africa. You will interact and engage with counter parts across Europe and the Middle East. You will also be given the opportunity to travel across Africa to meet with key partners, clients and candidates.

The role will encompass:
• Identifying clients through business development (cold & warm calling, meetings, etc.)
• Winning new business
• Promoting Emerging Search Consultants to your clients
• Negotiating business terms
• Candidate sourcing (headhunting, online advertising, social networking, database searches)
• Interviewing
• Managing the entire end to end recruitment process
• Winning repeat business
