You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our presence on all social media platforms. You will be the lead on all business and office administration. You will manage all candidate engagement on the telephone and face to face.
As you develop, you will also manage our key clients. You will source and target candidates and clients. You will be involved in market research and business development initiatives.
You will get the opportunity to attend conferences, events and industry trade shows on behalf of the company. This will include international trips.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
• You must have a minimum matric qualification, ideally you will have some business related qualification or diploma
• You must be fluent in Microsoft office, which includes Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ideally, you will have some telesales or B2B sales experience
• You must be target driven and have a sales personality.
• This role will involve spending 90% of your time on the phone thus you must have a sales and marketing personality and not be afraid of cold calling.
• You must be able to network, adapt, and get on with people of different cultures and nationalities.
• You must have an understanding of Social media and be able to learn methodologies to grow our presence on TWITTER, LINKEDIN, FACEBOOK and YOUTUBE.
• You must be hardworking, ambitious and driven to survive in our environment.
This opportunity can progress into a management role within 12 months if you hit your targets.
